Summary:
This is a taxation and revenue bill. Among many other things, Section 704(12) of Subchapter C exempts from sales and use tax tangible personal property or services used exclusively in a home education program.

11/30/2008 Legislation died when the House adjourned

HSLDA supports the exemption to sales and use taxes for homeschoolers.
