House Bill 2465: Homeschool Access to Public School Libraries

Stevenson, Surra, E.X. Taylor, Tigue, Wilt, Youngblood, Harper, Hess, Hickernell, McIlhattan, Rapp, Staback, Sturla and Thomas.
This is would have required school districts to provide homeschool students with access to public school libraries. HSLDA takes a neutral position on such legislation.
