Senate Bill 361: Equal Access for Homeschoolers
Senators Regola, Tomlinson, Jubelirer, Piccola, Wonderling, Wenger, Robbins, D. White, Armstrong, Pileggi, Earll, Orie, M. White, Greenleaf, Waugh, and Lemmond.
This bill would permit students in a home education program to participate in extracurricular activities in public school.
