Senate Bill 505: Increasing the Required Health Exams

Senators CONTI, MOWERY, KITCHEN, MUSTO, LOGAN, LEMMOND, COSTA,TARTAGLIONE, O'PAKE, ERICKSON and WONDERLING.
Summary:
This bill would have increased the state-required health services for all students, including those in a home education program. Medical exams are now required upon entry into school and in grades 6 and 11. This bill would have required such exams upon entry into school and in grade 4, 8, and 11.
