Senate Bill 384: Allowing Homeschool Students to Participate in Extracurricular Activities
Senators JUBELIRER, TOMLINSON, HELFRICK, DENT, ORIE, WENGER, WAUGH, EARLL, PICCOLA, GREENLEAF, M. WHITE, LOGAN, CORMAN, WOZNIAK, PILEGGI, LEMMOND, COSTA, WONDERLING and ARMSTRONG.
This bill would require school districts to permit children in home education programs to participate in extracurricular activities at public school.
