HSLDA's Position:
Oppose. While there may be some good ideas in SB 66, this bill is an effort to use Ohio law to promote the interests of a national child advocacy organization, the National Children's Alliance. Ohio should write its own laws on reforming the child abuse system, not implement the policies of nationwide child advocacy groups.
