Senate Bill 303: Improves Immunization Exemption

Summary:
This bill would have removed the requirement that a religious belief be “genuine and sincere” in order to claim an exemption from immunization. This would have made it easier for parents to claim a religious exemption from immunizations. This bill was identical to Assembly Bill 883.
