Assembly Bill 883: Improves Immunization Exemption

Summary:
This bill would have removed the requirement that a religious belief be &rldquo;genuine and sincere” in order to claim an exemption from immunization. This would have made it easier for parents to claim a religious exemption from immunizations. This bill was identical to Senate Bill 303.
