This bill would ensure that free exercise of religion is treated as a fundamental right.

Status:
This bill was introduced on February 11, 2003, and was sent to the Senate Finance Committee.
While the first year of the 2003-2004 session of the New York legislature ended June 20, 2003, this bill could be re-introduced in January of 2004.
