Summary:
This bill would have permitted homeschool students to participate in extracurricular activities, including athletics, at the public school.

This bill was introduced on January 27, 2003, and placed in the Senate Education Committee.
While the first year of the 2003-2004 session of the New York legislature ended June 20, 2003, this bill could be re-introduced in January of 2004.
