Senate Bill 221: Expansion of Homeschool Participation in Public School Sports

Summary:
This bill requires all public schools in the state, no matter what activities association they are under, to allow homeschoolers access to interscholastic activities. The bill also would allow private schools involved in the state activities association to create their own policy concerning homeschool access.
