House Bill 740: Allows Homeschoolers to Participate in Dual Credit Programs

Summary:
An act relating to education; establishing eligibility for students enrolled in a home school, private school or Bureau of Indian Education School to participate in the dual credit program. This bill also requires the school district to provide the textbooks and other course supplies for the postsecondary course that the homeschooler is enrolled in.

2/28/2009(House) House Education Committee—bill did not pass
