Senate Bill 1626: Philosophical exemption to childhood immunizations

Summary:
Current law allows exemption to immunizations based upon medical or religious reasons. This bill would expand the exemptions to include a "philosophical exemption" which allows for an exemption on the grounds of philosophical or moral objection to the immunization.
