Assembly Bill 165: Provides for Conscientious Exemption to Mandatory Immunizations

Summary:
This bill will allow people in New Jersey to receive exemption to immunizations based upon conscientious objection. Currently, exemptions to immunization are only given on recommendation of a doctor, or due to religious beliefs.
