Senate Bill 344: Allows Homeschoolers Access to State Scholarships
Senator Martha W. Bark
Allows homeschooled students to qualify for state scholarships and prohibits the denial of a scholarship due to a lack of class rank. However, refers to "homeschooled" students (a term not in New Jersey law) and thus needs to be amended.
Last year's legislative session closed 1/12/04, so this bill is now dead.
Oppose unless amended.
None at this time.
