House Bill 209: Relative to Enforcement of Parenting Plans

Summary:
House Bill 209 sets out guidelines regarding the enforcement of parenting plans. Section V of H.B. 209 states that the Department of Health and Human Services may use a party’s noncompliance with the parenting plan as the basis for initiating an investigation of abuse and neglect, in appropriate cases.
