HSLDA's Position: Action Requested: Background: We believe that the only complete solution to the danger confronting the child-parent relationship is a federal Parental Rights Amendment, which will place current Supreme Court doctrine protecting parental rights into the explicit text of the Constitution. HSLDA is partnering with parentalrights.org in support of this amendment.
