House Bill 87: Exceptions to Compulsory School Attendance

Representative J. Timothy Dunn

House Bill 87 exempts from compulsory attendance at a New Hampshire public school any child attending an approved public or private school located in another state. It also adds a phrase to the homeschooling exception, providing that children receiving home education “pursuant to RSA 193-A” are excused from public school attendance.
