House Bill 131: Removing Commissioner of Education from Notification Process

Summary:
House Bill 131 removes the commissioner of education from the home education notification process. If this bill passes, homeschooling parents will continue to annually notify and submit evaluations to the local district superintendent or to the principal of a nonpublic school.
