Legislative Bill 868: Truancy Provisions

Senator Pam Redfield (District 12, Omaha)

Summary:
This bill would raise the age for compulsory attendance from 16 to 18. However, it has been amended to be protective of homeschooler's rights. This bill now explicitly protects homeschool privacy.
