House Bill 1171: Ending Parental Qualifications, Monitoring, and Location Requirements
Representatives Grande, R. Kelsch, Karls, L. Meier Senators G. Lee, Miller
This bill would eliminate parental qualifications for conducting home education, eliminate the requirement of a monitor for home education, and eliminate the requirement that home education be conducted in the home.
