House Bill 1084: An Act Creating a Statewide Immunization Registry

Summary:
This bill would create an immunization tracking system whereby physicians and other health care providers would be required to report information about patients to the state registry. HSLDA believes that such personal health information should not be reported to the state for recordkeeping.
