House Bill 1790: An Act Increasing the Compulsory Attendance Age

Summary:
This bill was amended in the House Education Committee and would create a task force to investigation whether or not to raise the compulsory attendance age from 16 to 18. HSLDA opposes any expansion of state control over education.
