Senate Bill 27: An Act Regarding Grandparent Visitation

Summary:
This bill changes the statutory law of Montana to coincide with court decisions that a grandparent may have contact with a grandchild over the objection of the custodial parent only if the presumption in favor of the parent's wishes has been rebutted by the evidence. This bill should be supported.
