Senate Bill 104: An Act Providing for Graduated Driver's Licenses
Authors:
Senators K. Gillan, and G. Golie
Summary:
This was a driver's license bill. One of the requirements for insurance of a learner license is completion of a traffic education course. This course is offered in public schools, but the statutory law does not require public schools to offer this course to homeschool students. This bill should have been amended to permit homeschool students to enroll in these types of courses at the public school.
