House Bill 673: An Act Regarding Parent Taught Driver's Education

Summary:
This bill would have established a provision in the law to enable parents to provide drivers education to their own children. Students instructed by their parents under this law would have been able to obtain a learning permit so long as a parent met certain requirements.
