Senate Bill 2380: An Act Requiring Homeschool Achievement Testing

Summary:
This bill would have authorized the State Board of Education to require testing of home school students. These students would have had to meet certain proficiency standards before they could be promoted to the next grade level. These standards would have been equivalent to those applicable to public school students.
