House Bill 1458: An Act Regarding Education Tax Credits

Summary:
This was a tax credit bill. It could have been supported except for the provisions of section 19 which would have required the state to evaluate annually for 12 years the academic performance of students, including homeschool students. HSLDA opposed this bill as introduced.
