Senate Bill 2514: An Act Requiring Testing for Homeschool Students

Summary:

This bill would have empowered the State Board of Education to establish student testing standards for promotion to grade levels for homeschool students equivalent to standards for public school students. This would have resulted in mandatory state testing of homeschool students. HSLDA opposed this bill.
