Senate Bill 2348: Testing for Students Transferring into Public School
Senator John Horhn (District 26)
This bill relates to testing a child who is transferring from a nonpublic school, which includes a home instruction program, to a public school. State law already requires standardized testing to determine grade placement. This bill would also have required consideration of the educational needs of the student.
