House Bill 647: College Scholarships for Homeschoolers

Summary:
This was a college tuition payment bill creating the Mississippi Future Scholarship Program. Homeschool students would have been included and would have become eligible after attending a home education program for grades 9-12 and scoring 15 on the ACT.
