Senate Bill 151: Universal Personal Finance Requirement

Summary:
This bill would encode the personal finance requirements currently promulgated by the Department of Elementary and Secondary Education, making them applicable to all students in the state of Missouri. Also, it would require that this instruction be completed at a public school or public virtual school.
