House Bill 1717: Driver’s License Restrictions

Summary:
Requires a driver’s license applicant younger than 18 years of age to show documentation that he or she is enrolled in school, has at least a 90% attendance rate, and at least a 1.75 grade point average.
This bill would effectively create new reporting requirements for homeschoolers.
