Summary:
H.F. 2 is a companion bill to S.F. 1328. It is an omnibus education finance bill containing a large amount of legislation regarding education. While H.F. 2 did contain some provisions of the homeschool mandate reduction bill, H.B. 846/S.B. 1037, these provisions were removed shortly before the bill was passed. The adopted text of this bill does not affect homeschool law in Minnesota.
