S.F. 1800 Sponsors:
Senators Fobbe, Stumpf, Bonoff, Saxhaug and Saltzman

Summary:
H.F. 1701 and S.F. 1800 are companion bills. They provide that a school district must make available a free appropriate public education. They further require that the school district must ensure that all children enrolled in a nonpublic school (including homeschooled children) have an opportunity to participate in special education and related services.
