Legislative Document 1669: An Act To Abrogate the Hearsay Rule in Cases Involving Custody or Protection of Children

Certain out of court statements made by minors in civil actions involving custody or child protection cases are admissible. The court must make a determination that admitting the out of court statement serves valuable interests.
