House Bill 913: Amends Constitution to Protect Marriage

Summary:
This bill would add a new section to the Maryland Constitution to establish that a marriage between one man and one woman shall be the only domestic legal union valid or recognized in the State, and submit the amendment to the qualified voters of the State of Maryland for their adoption or rejection.
