House Bill 4530: Study Order Regarding Non-Public School Students Taking the MCAS

Summary:
House Bill 4530 requires the Department of Education to issue a report, by November 15, 2008, on the feasibility and costs associated with non-public school students and homeschooled students in 10th grade voluntarily taking the MCAS exam at a non-public school.
