House Bill 507: Homeschooler Access to State Testing and Diplomas

Summary:
House Bill 507 grants homeschooled students the right to voluntarily participate in the statewide achievement tests given to students in grades 4, 8, and 10. The bill also requires public high schools to issue diplomas to homeschooled students who satisfy the requirements of a competency test.
