Senate Bill 327: Allows "Home-schooled pupils" Participation In Public School Sports

Summary:
Allows participation in interscholastic activities by home-schooled pupils. However, the bill uses the phrase "home-schooled." In Kansas, a home education program is considered a "non-accredited private school."
