Senate Bill 598: Allows Charter Schools to Provide Home Based Instruction

Summary:
Deletes a clause in the IC 20-5.5-8-2(5) which states that a charter school may not "provide home based instruction" and adds a clause that will allow a charter school to provide instructional services through the Internet or other online agreement or in any manner by computer.
