House Bill 79: Higher Education Scholarship

Summary:
This bill would award scholarships to be awarded to entering freshman, sophomores, juniors, and seniors at community colleges, colleges, and universities, whether public or private, located in this State. It currently is for any graduate of a public school or any private that has been recognized by the Commission; this would not include homeschoolers.
