Summary:
Resolves that the General Assembly not recognize or hold valid the uniting of persons of the same sex in a civil union, domestic partnership, or other similar same sex relationship in this State and that the General Assembly not allow couples to register their partnership in such a manner as to give them the rights and responsibilities of married couples.
