Senate File 124: Grandparent Visitation
Allows a grandparent or great grandparent to petition the court for visitation rights of their grand or great grandchild. This will be granted if the grandparent and grandchild have already developed a strong relationship, if the parents are unfit to make the decision, and if it is in the best interest of the child.
