Summary:
This bill would have permitted homeschool students to participate in extracurricular or interscholastic activities at the public school or a private school.

Status:
This bill was introduced on January 17, 2003. The bill was sent to the House Education Committee and in the House Finance Committee. Since the Hawaii Legislature adjourned sine die on May 1, 2003, the bill is now dead.
