Senate Bill 85: A Bill Authorizing Equal Access to Public School Activities

Authors:
Senators Schaefer of the 50th, Rogers of the 21st, Shafer of the 48th, Pearson of the 51st, Douglas of the 17th and others.

Summary:
This bill would authorize homeschool and private school students to participate in extracurricular activities at public school.

Status:
1/31/2007 Referred to the Senate Education Committee
4/4/2008 Bill died when the Assembly adjourned Sine Die
