Summary:
Care of Children; Creates “Zahid Jones, Jr., Give Grandparents and Other Relatives a Voice Act”; provides for DCFS to analyze certain unaccepted reports to central abuse hotline; requires information to be provided to reporter; expands access to certain confidential reports of child abuse or neglect to include physicians, psychologists, and mental health professionals, etc. effective date: 7/1/2009.

This is a companion bill to Senate Bill 1276.
