Senate Bill 526: Makes Private School Students Eligible for Interscholastic Activities

Summary:
Provides that a private school student may participate in interscholastic extracurricular activities at a public school to which the student would normally be assigned. Provides that a private school student may participate in a public school sport if the private school in which the student is enrolled does not offer the interscholastic sport.
