Representatives Wagner, Spence, Lee, Buckworth, Carey, Cathcar, Caulk, DiPinto, Ewing, Hocker, Maier, Miro, Oberle, Stone, Ulbrich, Ennis, Hall-Long, Kelley, McWilliams, Mulrooney, Plant, Schooley, and Schwartzkopf.

Summary:
This bill would have provided a tuition grant program for certain public and private school graduates to attend college, but not nonpublic school students such as homeschool graduates. This bill could have been amended to include nonpublic school graduates in this program.
