House Bill 5761: Permiting Parents to Withdraw Children from Public School for Home Education

Summary:
This proposed bill would permit parents to withdraw their children from public school to conduct home instruction by sending the principal or superintendent a notice of such by certified mail, return receipt requested.

Bill died when legislature adjourned.
